Urban Meyer to Ohio State a Done Deal

It's being reported that Urban Meyer has agreed to be the next head coach for the Ohio State Buckeyes. It will be made official next Monday, two days after Ohio State finishes the regular season with rival Michigan.

Ohio State will probably take their probation by agreeing not to go to a bowl game this season. Meyer will come in and start recruiting immediately and has already come to agreement with some assistant coaches to join him in Columbus. Rumor is that current head coach Luke Fickell will be made defensive coordinator under Meyer. Next Tuesday the Buckeyes will introduce Urban to the students at halftime of the Buckeyes-Duke basketball game.

I'm still hearing 5-year deal for $30-35 million. Most of us knew this was bound to happen when Jim Tressel was forced to leave but still the Buckeyes got the perfect coach in Urban Meyer especially considering the uneasy task of skirting NCAA sanctions.

Now the question is what kind of shirt can we make for the new "Urban Legend" in Columbus?
