ANY GUESSES TO WHO WILL BE STARTING FOR ND?

I'm thinking as of right now Demetrius Jones gets the nod because of his ability to escape the pocket and break off some big runs against Jon Tenuta's aggressive blitzing defenses.

But I want to know what you think.

This whole thing is crazy, you can make an argument for all three of them to be starting. Sharpley has more experience(not much) and is a mix of Clausen and Jones. Jones is more athletic and a better performer under pressure. Clausen is supposedly the best thing since sliced bread, but had surgery on his throwing arm and doesn't have much experience with Weis' offense. I don't think it matters who is the starting QB. It relies on more of the recievers and running backs. They can all get them the ball it is just a matter if they can get open and make the catch. If the running game is working then it opens the passing game up for everyone else.

The combo of Thomas, Aldridge, and Allen at the tailback position should be entertaining to watch to say the least. If they can perform well, say average over 150 yards a game, then it will definetly open up the passing game for guys like Grimes and Carlson.
